Post Christmas Post. :)

Christmas, of course, was just the best. But it always is.  Know what would have made it better? Rod not being completely ill. Lame.
Jax on the other hand was alive and well, I'm pretty sure it was the best day of his life so far. :)

Christmas morning. Aaah... Jax wearing his favorite Cars 2 jam-ams Maimai made him for Christmas eve.
As I said, Rod felt pretty miserable...
He promptly ate his M&M's, such a happy breakfast!
He can't take his eye's off them! :)

Present # 1:
Matchbox cars and a play mat.
It isn't captured with my pictures, but he was SO excited. He loved every bit of everything. Loved his tongue, it falls out when he gets excited... :)

My sweet, sweet sickling child...I felt so bad for him.

Love Jax's face--you never quite know what he'll do when you ask him to smile. :)
The sick child trying his best with his little present.
I helped him get it open and look how much he loved his new little toy! :)
 Present # 2:
Car Transporter
Jax almost hyperventilated with this one...pretty fun for us to watch. It's great to see your kid get so excited.

Hyperventilating picture. :)

 Present # 3:
A drill. A very cool drill.
My parents and bro and sista made it over to our house for Jax's last present. He was SOOOO excited they were there.
Note Rod loving his new toy!

This drill is the bomb. For ages 2-5 years--totally age appropriate. Actually screws in the screws, no problems, changes directions with a switch, unscrews them. Jax caught on quick and LOVED it. 1200 stars.:)
Demonstrating his new skills.
Also came with a hammer and nails...every boys dream, young and old. :)
He doesn't get very much attention....

Oh-so-fun morning, then off to church! Very fitting, going to church on Christmas. It was really nice.
Then it was off to the Jama Gause's house for some more spoiling from her and Gma Wing.
See, you can't tell, but he was so excited to open this present...

The Gause brothers messin with their technology, of course. Brooke with litle (BIG) Lincoln.
Jax loved these flashlight things the kids got, again, never mind what the picture shows, he was loving it.
Ethan got this awsome car mat, Jax and he where very entertained with it and the cars that Gma Wing gave them.

Wonderful Christmas Chaos.
Rod basically slept almost the entire time, so no picts of him here...But he sure did pick up some loot, even though the sickle was sleeping! :)

Jma Gause always does some good educational presents. Phew, because I swear that is how he's learning everything he's learning.
See, the mini light sabers were a big hit.

This was really funny, Jax got a tool box from his cousins--he is ramming the screw driver into the box of diapers grama wing got him. Kept him busy for like 10 minutes. He was trying really hard...it was so cute, I think he thought he was somehow fixing something....

Aww-ya, Jax LOVED this dumper, thank you Jma Gause.

"Just get it out of the box mom!!" was what he was thinking in this picture.
Then, off the Maimai's to be with the Judkins....
And yes, more presents for Jaxer...

This was cool, my dad spent for-ever hand crafting these cool wooden guns for Max and Jax, complete with ammo. They packed quite the punch. He couldn't have bestowed them on more excited boys. :)

ya, watch out...
With the crafter himself.
Finn McMissle car from Max,  complete with lights and sounds, very awesome.
Nursery Ryme book!
Cute pictures of those present:

too tough pict...
In love pict...so CUTE!!

  2. OK I wasn't going to comment yet because I was going to come read through everything when I have time and comment proper on every single post, but I just have to comment on this one because Cohen got the exact same gift as Jax—the car carrier truck. And Cohen had the same hyperventilating reaction! Nice one.

Anyway, the rest of your Christmas looks so grand! I'm so jealous of your double-time Christmas with both families in the same city. Merry Christmas (from February). :)

    Love you!
